You will coordinate planning, logistics, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and help build complex event agendas that support our scientific outreach, while ensuring alignment with brand and content strategy. </div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities and Duties </div><div><ul><li>Coordinate participation in life sciences’ conferences, seminars, and scientific workshops across EMEA, US, and APAC. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage communication and relationships with multiple stakeholders, including commercial teams, internal scientific stakeholders, and external conference organizers. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support the development of complex scientific event agendas, ensuring alignment of speaker schedules, session topics, and content delivery workflows. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive logistics and operational planning including booth vendor(s) coordination and on‑site support. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Propose and execute improvements to event workflows, documentation, and processes to ensure smooth and scalable event execution. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead generation processes and event follow‑up are executed consistently. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform KPI setting, metrics tracking, and performance reporting on a regular basis. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Be available for global travel up to 7-8 weeks a year. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Qualifications </div><div><ul><li>Education in Business, Event Management, Life Sciences, or related fields. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>At least 5+ years of experience in Event Management in the private sector, managing presence at global conferences including booth exhibitions and symposia. Experience in a scientific, technical, or life sciences environment is a strong plus. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Proficient in English. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Required Soft Skills </div><div><ul><li>Autonomy and proactivity: you will manage multiple projects and deadlines where you will need to appropriately prioritize, execute multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic event calendar with limited supervision, while maintaining high standards of quality. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communication skills: you will work, coordinate, and interact with diverse teams and external partners with a variety of needs, where strong alignment is required. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Attention to detail: you must have the ability to establish procedures and manage operational tasks with rigor and reliability. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Flexibility and adaptability: You must be comfortable working in a constantly evolving role with a wide variety of tasks and new challenges. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Commercially-oriented: you must always strive to improve the quality of work and services the Events team provides to the organization, always seeking how to improve business performance and overall results. </li></ul>Bio-Techne is committed to product quality, customer satisfaction, continued improvement, minimising environmental impacts and conserving natural resources.
