You will set strategy, ensure launch readiness, and manage lifecycle plans. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across medical, sales, market access, insights, and global teams. This role offers growth, meaningful impact, and the chance to contribute to GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.</p><p><br /><b><i>Responsibilities in this role:</i></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Foster strong partnerships with global and regional teams, shaping lifecycle management and ensuring the seamless translation of global strategies into actionable local plans for a Gyn. Oncology portfolio.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and translate brand, customer and market insights for effective launch readiness of a key asset.</li><li>Leadership for the development of the x-functional annual brand and operational plans together with TA team.</li><li>Leading a team of multiple Brand Managers developing and executing local brand strategies and tactics across brands for the Gyn. Oncology including uncovering of synergies across Tas.</li><li>Responsibility for team leadership including individual development and talent management.</li><li>Close collaboration with regional sales leaders on design and implementation of tactical plans.</li><li>Insight generation on perception, effectiveness, market opportunities through market research and hands-on experience through direct customer contacts.</li><li>Forecasting including supply and required A&amp;P/resources.</li><li>Planning of turnover, sales, and resources as well as monthly controlling.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Essential Qualifications &amp; Skills:</i></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences or economics.</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical industry; ideally with exposure to pipeline indications such as colorectal cancer.</li><li>Marketing and direct leadership experience in Oncology mandatory (preferably within colorectal cancer or Gyn. Oncology)</li><li>Proven track record of high-performance Rx launches (Oncology launch experience preferred) and driving business results; showcasing strong planning and execution capabilities.</li><li>Profound understanding of Omnichannel Marketing.</li><li>Good understanding of local market access rules and regulations.</li><li>Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional and senior teams.</li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex data and create clear long-term customer centric strategies.</li><li>Excellent understanding of key market dynamics and seizing business opportunities.</li><li>Ability to identify clear priorities, align stakeholders and frictionless execution of value-added outcomes for our customers.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Growth mindset and strong learning agility.</li><li>Fluent in German and proficiency in English.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Preferred Qualifications &amp; Skills:</i></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Advanced degree in a relevant subject or MBA.</li><li>Self-confident handling of complexity and ambiguity.</li><li>Ability to engage, empower, and mobilize others around a shared vision.</li><li>Exceptional external focus and strive for excellence and innovation.</li><li>Well-developed networking skills to the outside as well as within the organization.</li><li>Strong track record in responsibility for results, proactivity, giving and receiving feedback, and internal collaboration.</li></ul><p></p><p>We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
