People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices.<br /><br /><b>What you will do:</b><br />• Assess competitive insights to adjust messaging, strategy and tactics<br />• Develop persuasive, benefit-driven messaging to different customers groups in alignment with their needs<br />• Play a role in developing key strategy documents (strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc.) and leads the execution of the marketing communication elements of the marketing plan<br />• Create marketing communication strategies to understand, develop, and enhance the relationship between the customer and the product or portfolio<br />• Understand and apply the marketing framework and links customer acquisition and retention strategies to business objectives<br />• Thorough understanding of the selling process, and the role marketing plays to support sales team<br />• Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with marketing strategy to MarCom team<br />• Leverage the different marketing channel strategies and makes strategic channel decisions based upon ROI<br />• Write or edit publishing materials, scripts or other communication media<br />• Follow standard style guidelines such as 'Associated Press'<br />• Exhibit interest in new ideas and experimentation<br />• Share ideas and is open to other opinions and views<br />• Make oral presentations and writes reports needed for own work<br />• Prepare and deliver formal presentations to small and friendly audiences<br />• Experiment with new and innovative concepts and design principles to maximize impact<br />• Assess alternative delivery mechanisms for internal communications<br />• Assist in the development of internal communication materials<br />• Establish short-range and long-range improvement goals for the product management team, and under guidance, develops action plans to achieve those goals<br />• Support cross-divisional collaboration to align on key events/tradeshows. Help to develop and maintain fiscal calendar and budget.<br /><br /><b>Minimum Qualifications (Required):</b><br />• Bachelor’s degree required<br />• 4+ years of work experience required<br /><br /><b>Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):</b><br />• MBA preferred<br />• 2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred<br />• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills<br />• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br />• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines<br />• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority<br />• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies<br />• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
