The Position

1. Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure to meet the requirements and budget.

与外部供应商及代理机构协调, 确保工作符合公司要求和预算.

2. Support and implement events like seminar, exhibition and congress etc. and apply digital tools into offline events to make the marketing events more efficiently.

支持&执行研讨会、展会等活动，同时融入各线上平台，以提高市场活动的效率

3. Coordinate or design marketing promotion tools like gift, brochure or souvenir which should be ensured in accordance with Roche CI policy

协调或设计市场推广工具, 如礼品, 宣传资料或纪念品. 并确保负责公司CI 标准

4. Plan yearly budget for exhibition, event or congress in Core Lab department

制定专业诊断部展会，活动或会议的年度预算

5. Realize the delivery of each event within budget and schedule as well as with good quality.

在预算和进度内，高质量的完成各项活动的交付

6. Improve the efficiency of event management procedure by leveraging the knowledge and experience of process control,

resources allocation, documentation, etc.

通过提高自身知识和流程控制经验来改进活动管理流程的效率

7. Effectively review and evaluate each event conducted to understand the issues of event management and areas to improve

有效的回顾和评估所开展过的活动, 了解问题所在并进行改进

8. Continuously improve the innovation of events implemented.

9. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

10. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
