We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Campaign Manager to elevate our omnichannel customer engagement. If you’re passionate about digital innovation and customer-centric marketing, this is your opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic and purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of omnichannel strategies, ensuring synergy and best practice sharing across Business Units.
Collaborate with Brand & Customer Managers on building Customer Omnichannel Engagement plan, including customer journeys, content strategies and channel mixes.
Translate brand strategies into actionable, data-driven campaign plans, coordinating execution across multiple channels.
Partner with CRM and SFE teams to ensure campaigns are measurable and integrated with data flows and systems, and build, maintain and analyze metrics across all channels.
Oversee the content lifecycle, including ideation, creation, editing, approval, publishing, and distribution as well as manage agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality outputs on time and on budget.
Collaborate with regional digital & marketing operations teams to localize best practices and ensure alignment with company global frameworks.
Follow up latest trends in the digital ecosystem and drive new initiatives and projects with a test-and-learn approach and agile mindset.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing / digital marketing is required.
Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
Project management experience, ability to plan and operate based on clear roadmaps and agreed milestones.
Ability to analyze the data and understand how to use analytics tools.
High proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) programs.
