In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and cross‑functional partners including regulatory, R&amp;D, and commercial leadership to support day‑to‑day marketing initiatives, sales tools, and customer insights that drive retention, growth, and competitive differentiation. You will develop a strong understanding of the Surgical Care portfolio while operating with increasing ownership, visibility, and accountability, making this an ideal opportunity for an early‑career marketer looking to accelerate their commercial impact.</p><p></p></div><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Support the execution of marketing plans, sales tools, and initiatives for the CHG Surgical Care portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Partner with sales representatives and sales leadership to help enable effective selling and respond to field needs.</p></li><li><p>Assist with the development, organization, and maintenance of marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.</p></li><li><p>Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitive information to support portfolio positioning and strategy.</p></li><li><p>Help track and summarize key performance indicators to understand marketing effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Support sales training initiatives, promotions, and commercial campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as regulatory, R&amp;D, and downstream marketing to support product updates and projects.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a developing subject matter expert on assigned products through ongoing learning and exposure.</p></li><li><p>Assist with coordinating and attending customer‑facing events such as tradeshows, field meetings, and product showcases.</p></li><li><p>Travel with the sales organization periodically to gain firsthand exposure to customers and the market.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><div><p><b>What You Need</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree</p></li></ul><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li><p>1–2&#43; years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related commercial role</p></li><li><p>Internship experience or relevant coursework with marketing, sales, or healthcare</p></li><li><p>Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.</p></li></ul></div><p></p></div><p><span><b>$65,900- $91,600</b><b> </b></span><span>salary plus bonus eligible &#43; benefits.
