The Opportunity
This position works out of our Tashkent location in the EPD Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide documentation and administrative support to the marketing department.
Prepare, manage, and finalize documentation related to:
suppliers and contractors (contracts, invoices, closing documents);
educational events for healthcare professionals;
speakers (contracts, acts, invoices).
Compile and maintain complete documentation packages for events, including programs, participant lists, reports, and other documents in accordance with internal company procedures.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of all documents.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, accounting, finance, compliance) and external partners regarding document flow.
Submit full document packages to the accounting department on time and support the closing process.
Maintain registries, spreadsheets, and document archives.
Requirements:
Higher or specialized secondary education.
Experience in administrative work or document management is an advantage. Understanding of contract and financial documentation processes.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility. Ability to work with a large volume of documents and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Fluency in Russian is required; knowledge of Uzbek and English is an advantage.

Документальная и административная поддержка маркетингового отдела.
Подготовка, сопровождение и закрытие документации по:
поставщикам и подрядчикам (договоры, счета, закрывающие документы);
образовательным мероприятиям для специалистов здравоохранения
лекторам (договоры, дополнительные соглашения, акты, счета/инвойсы);
Формирование и ведение пакета документов по мероприятиям: программы, списки участников, отчеты и другие документы согласно внутренним процедурам компании.
Обеспечение полноты, корректности и своевременности оформления документов.
Взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями (маркетинг, бухгалтерия, финансы, комплаенс) и внешними контрагентами по вопросам документооборота.
Своевременная передача полного пакета документов в бухгалтерию и сопровождение процессов их закрытия.
Ведение реестров, таблиц и архивов документов.
Требования:
Высшее или среднее специальное образование.
Опыт административной работы или работы с документацией будет преимуществом.
Понимание принципов договорного и финансового документооборота.
Внимательность к деталям, аккуратность, ответственность.
Умение работать с большим объемом документов и соблюдать сроки.
Уверенное владение MS Office (Excel, Word).
Владение русским языком обязательно; знание узбекского и английского языка будет преимуществом.
