This role ensures confident, competent use of ATEC technologies in the operating room while contributing to the execution of strategic market development plans. Through hands‑on case support, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous learning, the associate helps drive adoption, strengthen surgeon partnerships, and accelerate growth within their markets.

Education and Experience

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $85,000 to $95,000 Full-Time Annual Salary plus quarterly bonus potential.
