<p>Job Title: Regional Market Access Manager</p><p>Manager’s Title: North Area MA Lead</p><p>Location: Qingdao</p><p></p><p><span><b>JOB PURPOSE:</b></span></p><p>This role will be the key market access point for assigned territory under the deployment of the Area MA Lead:</p><ul><li><p>Under the provincial policy framework, to implement company strategies effectively, ensure policy landing, and advocate policy environment optimization, for fulfilling the rapid growth of company business.</p></li><li><p>To maintain good communication with relevant stakeholders, for building jointly an innovative bio-pharmaceutical ecosystem in the important strategic area, etc.</p></li><li><p>To lead the team at provincial level, for conducting cross-functional strategic communication and co-operation to achieve One Sanofi</p></li></ul><p><span><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</b></span></p><p><b>Regional Access Strategy Planning</b></p><p>·         Drive development of regional access strategy planning, taking full consideration of both national access policies and differentiated access environment at regional level, to maximize business potential through market access</p><p>·         Establish specialized corporate image &amp; develop engagement strategy and initiatives with provincial government agencies to develop regional business ecosystem and improve market access.</p><p>·         Build platform and design contents to develop professional relationship with with Local Access stakeholders.</p><p><b>Regional Market Access Implementation</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and be responsible for responsible regional medical insurance affairs, including establish and maintain good working relationship with provincial/city level payers, as well as ensuring quickly and smooth landing of sanofi NRDL products, NRDL listing supporting, NVBP&amp;LVBP implementation, Innovation payment advaocacy and so on</p></li><li><p>Lead and be responsible for establishing and maintain good working relationship with provincial / city level bureau of health, and relevant access stakeholders. Ensuring company&#39;s products could be introduced in administrative regulations of medicine which is regulated by the mentioned authorities</p></li><li><p>To collect most updated policy and information from local government in time and accurately and provide suggestions for company decision making;</p></li><li><p>To assist regional sales team to accomplish tasks of local government affairs, including confirmation of reimbursement ration in planning-as-whole regions, provide bidding policy information, etc.;</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain good work relationship with governmental agencies in responsible regions and obtain supports from governmental departments mostly.</p></li><li><p>To maintain good communication with relevant stakeholders, for building jointly an innovative bio-pharmaceutical ecosystem in the important strategic area, etc.</p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Cross-functional collaboration and partnership</b></p><p>·         Accountable for strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensure strong support from cross-functions to double down on regional implementation of market access strategy under the principles of “One Sanofi” for collective achievement of business priorities with maximized access empowerment</p><p><span><b>JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:</b></span></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><p>University graduate, Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Medicine or pharmaceuticals</p><p><b>Experience &amp; knowledge &amp; Competencies:</b></p><ul><li><p>More than 3 years working experience in govern ministries or in foreign pharmaceutical companies in similar capacity;</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and organization management skills;</p></li><li><p>Excellent work relationship with local officials;</p></li><li><p>Good interpersonal and communication skills;</p></li><li><p>Good in written and spoken English Languages;</p></li><li><p>Honest, integrity, Diligence and attention to details;</p></li><li><p>In-depth understanding of government policies and working styles;</p></li><li><p>Good business acumu, understand business goal and challenges</p></li><li><p>Abilities of analyzing, provide insights,</p></li><li><p>Solution oriented mind-set, with strong accountability in driving for results</p></li><li><p>Resilience</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
