<p><span>#LI-Linda</span></p><p><span><b>JOB PURPOSE:</b></span></p><p>PMO supports KA team to develop and implement KA strategic and transversal initiatives.</p><p></p><p><span><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</b></span></p><p>· Support KA team developing and implementing effective strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.</p><p>· Facilitate the integration of access insights from policy, research data and competitive analysis with CE & MA team to inform strategic decisions</p><p>· Support KA Head to establish and operate access operation governance with KA lead team, track key action items with timely feedback</p><p>· Support and ensure “Access 2.0” project well execution in hospital level</p><p>· Prepare high-quality, engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing key insights, strategic initiatives, and progress updates</p><p>· Oversee the execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with target goals and objectives. Lead KA key priority and ensure landing with KA internal KPI setting and systematic management</p><p>· Collaborate with BU teams to align KA strategic plans with operational activities and ensure seamless integration across departments</p><p></p><p><span><b>JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:</b></span></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><p>· Master’s Degree in Healthcare /Commerce/Economics/Business Adminstration</p><p>· MBA is plus</p><p><b>Experience & knowledge & Competencies:</b></p><p>· Minimum 3 years experience in multinational company experiences in strategy consulting firms will be a plus</p><p>· Proven experiences and well trained skills in project management, excel based analytics and modeling, PPT presentation</p><p>· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans and initiatives</p><p>· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights</p><p>· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences</p><p>· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams</p><p>· In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, access environment, and competitive landscape</p><p>· Proficiency in both written and oral English</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
