<p><span><u>ROLE PURPOSE</u></span></p><p><span>This position acts as the bridge between commercial payer and business, enabling Sanofi to lead the market in innovative access solutions.</span></p><p><span>The Payer Innovation Lead shapes Sanofi China’s next-generation multi-payer affordability and payment innovation agenda.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</u></span></p><p><span>1. Innovative Payment Models</span></p><ul><li><span>Design and implement innovative payment solutions, including: </span><ul><li><span>outcomes-based agreements</span></li><li><span>risk-sharing models</span></li><li><span>staged / milestone-based payments</span></li><li><span>blended multi-payer reimbursement pathways</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Build structured affordability models tailored to high-value therapies and multi-indication products.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>2. Evidence &amp; Analytics</span></p><ul><li><span>Lead advanced payer analytics, including affordability modeling, actuarial logic, risk pools, and cost-impact simulations.</span></li><li><span>Deliver payer-ready insights for post-NRDL affordability programs and lifecycle optimization.</span></li><li><span>Provide payer economics support for access negotiations.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>3. Policy Intelligence &amp; Multi-Payer Ecosystem Strategy</span></p><ul><li><span>Identify emerging opportunities, translate payment-policy evolution into actionable business levers.</span></li><li><span>Map payer segmentation and identify differentiated payment opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Participate in multi-payer pilots and national affordability demonstrations.</span></li><li><span>Build national and provincial payer partnership frameworks, especially for commercial insurance, and IDL pilots.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>4. Cross-Functional Leadership</span></p><ul><li><span>Lead multi-functional payer innovation taskforces (MAx, Policy, HEOR, BU, Finance, Medical).</span></li><li><span>Ensure alignment of payer innovation solutions with business strategies.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></span></p><p><span>Experience</span></p><ul><li><span>8&#43; years in market access, insurance, payer innovation, health financing, or policy.</span></li><li><span>Proven experience in commercial insurance, multi-payer models, or affordability programs.</span></li></ul><p><span>Capabilities</span></p><ul><li><span>Strong analytical ability, including actuarial / economic modeling or RWE interpretation.</span></li><li><span>Excellent government &amp; payer engagement experience.</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and negotiation capability with senior stakeholders.</span></li></ul><p><span>Education</span></p><ul><li><span>Master’s degree preferred (Public Health, Health Economics, Policy, Insurance, Medical).</span></li><li><span>Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
