You will develop value propositions, manage TLV pricing and reimbursement submissions, and ensure optimal market access for our product portfolio while bridging clinical innovation with healthcare decision-makers.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>· Market Access &amp; Pricing: Lead TLV submissions for pricing and reimbursement; collect and analyze epidemiological and health economic data; develop strategic projects to optimize product portfolio positioning</p><p>· Evidence &amp; Health Economics: Participate in global Evidence Value Demonstration task forces; develop Market Access plans with product teams; support Budget Impact Models and Cost-Effectiveness analyses</p><p>· Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Health Economics experts; serve as primary TLV liaison; represent Sanofi at LIF network meetings; manage external vendors</p><p>· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Unit Heads and Marketing teams to align strategies; provide health economic expertise and evidence to support brand teams.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><p>· University degree, preferably in Health Economics or Economics</p><p>· Specialized training in health economics (MSc/BSc in Economics or equivalent)</p><p>· 3&#43; years of experience in market access or health economics within pharmaceutical/healthcare industry</p><p>· Strong understanding of Swedish market access environment, particularly TLV processes</p><p>· Fluency in Swedish and English (written and oral)</p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><p>· Experience with TLV submissions and negotiations</p><p>· Track record developing health economic models</p><p>· Established network with Swedish healthcare decision-makers</p><p></p><p><b>Key Competencies</b></p><p>· Strategic thinking and analytical excellence</p><p>· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</p><p>· Stakeholder management and relationship building</p><p>· Cross-functional collaboration</p><p>· Results-oriented with attention to detail</p><p></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><p>Work with cutting-edge therapies in a global, innovative environment where you can make a real difference in patients&#39; lives.
