When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.</p><p></p><p>We are seeking a Market Access Manager to support the Market Access Department, reporting directing to the Market Access Director. He/she will be responsible for the d<span>efinition and execution of the Market Access and pricing plan at national, regional, and local level for the products in our Solid Tumors area.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions of the job: </b></p><ul><li><p>Define, develop, and execute market access initiatives & strategic pricing (Pricing Frameworks, Management Entry Agreements, etc.) for the products at national, regional and hospital levels to support the negotiation process.</p></li><li><p>Development and adaptation of the Global Value Dossier for Price & Reimbursement, to reach a fair price and reimbursement.</p></li><li><p>Analyze market access trends/health policy changes and continuously map reimbursement requirements by payer type for on market products. </p></li><li><p>Anticipate access barriers and cost containment risks. </p></li><li><p>Differentiate our products adapting and a global value story to local healthcare context to avoid price erosion and get preference. </p></li><li><p>Partner with global market access to inform product development & pricing based on customer needs. </p></li><li><p>Develop launch plans for new products mapping out local coding, coverage, and payment requirements.</p></li><li><p>Consolidate planning and actions in local market access strategy & implementation plan considering short term and mid-term business goals.</p></li><li><p>Elaborate negotiation tools and coordinate negotiation strategies for the products at national, regional, and local levels.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with local and international colleagues from Marketing, Medical, to ensure alignment on market access strategies, coordinate local actions and ensure the collection and analysis of useful observational or market research data.</p></li><li><p><span>Lead access initiatives supporting field teams and the cross-functional projects in Onco portfolio in alignment with Region/Global.</span></p></li><li><p>The Market Access Manager drives strategic direction, in close collaboration with critical key functions, to support product launch and its performance while monitoring progress against targets and efficiently managing the budget assigned.</p></li><li><p>Monitor access insights related to pharmaceutical environment that could affect hematology and oncology area.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate Access Stakeholders Management Plan.</p></li><li><p>Catalyse Value Based Health Programs related to the therapeutic area / products.</p></li><li><p>Budget management & forecast / finance planning that take in consideration the pricing strategy and pay back system in Italy.</p></li><li><p>Pipeline management supporting early planning with regards to evaluation trends in access process, endpoints, and stakeholders to inform launch readiness.</p></li><li><p>Communicates relevant changes and trends in local health policy environment and Patient Access activities of new competitors to the cross-functional team.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all activities related to your job comply with the applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and code of conduct).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree, preferred master’s degree </p></li><li><p>4+ years of experience in a similar role in dealing with hospital drugs and/or in onco-hematology</p></li><li><p>Functional experience in Reimbursement & Market Access in the pharma industry</p></li><li><p>Broad knowledge of government and private payer reimbursement</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of the National health system and the regional health policies</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate deep scientific knowledge capacity</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English both oral and written communications</p></li><li><p>Computer skills MS Office programs</p></li><li><p>Holistic and strategic
