<p><i><b><span>About the Role</span></b></i></p><p></p><p><span>As the Market Access Lead for Singapore &amp; Malaysia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing country market access strategies to ensure optimal access to Sanofi&#39;s innovative products for both Pharma and Vaccines businesses. You will develop reimbursement dossier and generate evidence for submissions for both Pharma and Vaccines businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to secure favorable pricing, reimbursement, and market access conditions for Sanofi&#39;s portfolio in Singapore and Malaysia.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>You will be the main country contact with country government officers, associations and stakeholders collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize Sanofi innovations value proposition.</span></p><p></p><p><span>In addition to Country role, you will coordinate key MA strategic initiatives for across MYSG markets to deliver business ambitions. </span><span>Key responsibilities include: </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Market Access Strategic Leadership (Malaysia-led):</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Define and execute market access strategies for Malaysia as primary focus, with support for Singapore market aligned with MCO and global frameworks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead Malaysia-specific pricing and reimbursement strategies while supporting Singapore healthcare system requirements with global team endorsement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive Malaysia market strategic planning with HTA-driven insights, providing Singapore market support as needed</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Market Access Public Private Partnership (PPP) Access execution excellence (both MYSG markets):</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead and execute both Malaysia and Singapore PPP programs, ensuring seamless patient access and program delivery across both markets in both private and public markets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage end-to-end project delivery for market access initiatives, with primary accountability for Malaysia and Singapore deliverables</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create collaborative frameworks between public healthcare systems and private pharmaceutical companies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design value-based partnerships that align with both public health objectives and commercial goals</span></p></li><li><p><span>Structure and manage ongoing partnership relationships and performance metrics between agencies, company and health organizations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Stakeholder Management (Malaysia-led):</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Serve as primary Market Access representative at key decision-making forums in Malaysia</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead engagement with MOH Malaysia, MaHTAS, and Malaysian public funding bodies as primary contact</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain relationships with key payers, providers, and decision-makers in both markets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Champion Malaysia cross-functional collaboration while coordinating with Singapore teams including Commercial, Medical, Public Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support Singapore stakeholder engagement activities as needed</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Market Access Activities (Malaysia-primary):</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Execute and monitor both Malaysia and Singapore Public Private Partnership (PPP) programs to ensure program effectiveness and patient access</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead Malaysia market-specific access deliverables and value propositions development</span></p></li><li><p><span>Primary responsibility for Malaysia HTA/reimbursement dossier submissions and negotiations to relevant authorities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage Malaysia price requests for local launches/changes, support Singapore submissions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor Malaysia healthcare environment as primary focus for access opportunities and threats, with Singapore market intelligence support</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Evidence Generation &amp; Value Communication (Malaysia-primary):</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop compelling value propositions for payers and decision-makers in both markets, with Malaysia as primary focus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee development of health economic models relevant to Malaysia healthcare systems, support Singapore requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure appropriate evidence generation to support market access in Malaysia and Singapore</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop value communication materials for key stakeholders in both countries</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><i><b>About You</b></i></p><p></p><p><b>Education &amp; Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Business Administration or related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>5&#43; years of experience in pharmaceutical or consulting company market access, pricing, or related roles</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong Malaysia healthcare market experience required, Singapore market knowledge preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record in developing and implementing successful market access strategies and executions</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Skills &amp; Competencies:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Deep understanding of Malaysia healthcare systems, HTA processes, and payer environments with working knowledge of Malaysia systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated experience with Malaysia MOH processes and public hospital access pathways</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in Malaysia and Singapore PPP program management and execution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in cross-functional team leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span>Business acumen and commercial awareness</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work effectively across cultures and markets</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Languages:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Fluent in English &amp;
