Description
<p>JOB PURPOSE:</p><p>This role is to build, manage commercial relationship with a group of key account hospitals with the aim to develop long-term partnership in order to achieve the company objective by increasing Sanofi strong presence in health management system and hospitals KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p><p>•</p><p>Conduct regular visits to key stakeholders in the field of hospital management and pharceutical, e.g. hospital president, pharmacy department head, to establish the long-term relationships</p><p>•</p><p>Clearly understand customer needs and implication on Sanofi brands</p><p>•</p><p>Lead local taskforces to achieve key performance target in hospital listing and objectives on other priorities</p><p>•</p><p>Cooperate closely with local sales teams to understand support needed from hospital management/pharmay and mobilize resources for implementation</p><p>•</p><p>Execute company initiaves with targeted stakeholders effectively through maintaining strong strategic partnerships</p><p>•</p><p>Generate market insights through engaging stakeholders and timely provide constructive feedback to manages and HQ</p><p>•</p><p>Implement business plan set by line manager and continuously improve territory management and activity effectiveness</p><p>•</p><p>Proactively participate in knowledge development and skills sharing with other team members and be an active contributor to team capability development JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:</p><p>Education:</p><p>•</p><p>Bachelor degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.</p><p>Experience & knowledge:</p><p>•</p><p>At least five 3-5 work experience, preferably in professional medical communication</p><p>•</p><p>2 years or more experience as KA Manager</p><p>Core competencies:</p><p>•</p><p>Strong communication and good interpersonal skill</p><p>•</p><p>Customer service oriented</p><p>•</p><p>Good analytical thinking and business planning skills</p><p>•</p><p>Basic listening and speaking skills and good reading skills in English</p><p>•</p><p>Persistent, passionate and positive-thinking</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
