<p><br /><b>About the job</b></p><p></p><p>The China MA Strategy Head plays a critical supportive and integrative role within the China Market Access organization.</p><p></p><p>This position is designed to work closely with China MA Head, acting as a strategic coordinator and execution enabler, helping to translate vision into coordinated actions and sustainable outcomes. The role emphasizes holistic thinking, strong learning agility, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that strategies set by leadership are effectively aligned, communicated, and implemented across functions and with global counterparts.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Strategic Integration &amp; Support:</b> Support China MA Head in developing integrated market access and policy strategies. Provide analysis and horizon scanning to anticipate policy and market dynamics, offering actionable insights for decision-making.</p></li><li><p><b>Lifecycle Access Support:</b> Contribute to lifecycle management by pricing management, ensuring strategic consistency across different access channels. Support VBP dossier and analysis report.</p></li><li><p><b>Cross-Functional Coordination:</b> Facilitate effective collaboration between MA, Business Units, and other functions, as well as ensure seamless alignment between China priorities and global/regional expectations, acting as a coordination bridge.</p></li><li><p><b>Execution &amp; Follow-Through:</b> Translate strategic direction into clear implementation roadmaps. Monitor execution progress, flag risks, and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About you</b></p><p></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><p>•  Master’s degree in pharmacy, business, health policy, or a related field preferred.</p><p>•  MBA is a plus.</p><p></p><p><b>Experience &amp; knowledge &amp; Competencies:</b></p><p>•  8–10&#43; years of relevant experience in healthcare strategy, policy, or market access.</p><p>•  Strong strategic thinking with a holistic view of China’s healthcare and policy landscape.</p><p>•  Excellent learning agility and comprehension ability – able to grasp complex issues quickly and translate them into actionable plans.</p><p>•  Proven coordination and execution skills, especially in complex, matrixed organizations.</p><p>•  Strong team spirit – thrives on collaboration and collective success.</p><p>•  Ability to influence and work effectively across functions and geographies.</p><p>•  High standards of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics.</p><p>•  Strong command of both written and oral English.</p><p>•  Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred for international candidates.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
