<p><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Relationship building and Engagement with NHSA(affiliated institutes), related industry organizations and associations to build strategic partnership</li><li>Closely monitor and advocate on national access policy in order to anticipate forthcoming changes and the consequences to support business growth;</li><li>Partnering with highly matrixed cross-functional and business teams in China and global, to generate Sanofi’s policy position and provide professional guidance to business objectives;</li><li>Establish and maintain the policy platforms for goals achievement, include effectiveness management and implementation of relevant access policy</li><li>Problem solving, risk mitigation and issue management.</li></ul><p><b>JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><p><b><u>Education:</u></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree or above; Major of Medical, Pharmacy and HE equivalent is preferred.</li></ul><p><b><u>Experience &amp; knowledge:</u></b></p><ul><li>At least 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in market access area and project management</li><li>Extensively knowledges and interpretation skills among reimbursement / drug policy/ procurement / medical administration / informatization policies</li><li>Fluent English</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
