The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong technical skills. Responsibilities include leading and participating in projects focused on continuous improvement, supporting multiple projects, troubleshooting and optimizing plant automation, operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, and ensuring production runs smoothly. The role requires good communication skills and attention to safety protocols while maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, experience in a manufacturing environment, strong technical skills, ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, experience with CNC machines (Lathe and/or Grinding preferred), excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
