This includes filling, capping, labeling, and assembling both sub-assemblies and finished goods. You will be vital in maintaining our world-class standards and helping us compete on a global scale. Many tasks will be performed in a clean manufacturing environment, adhering strictly to safety protocols with personal protective equipment (PPE).</p><p><br />A Day in the Life:</p><ul><li>Complete manufacturing tasks with precision and consistency</li><li>Fill, cap, and label vials, bottles, and tubes following established procedures for flawless products</li><li>Communicate and collaborate effectively to ensure daily production goals are met</li><li>Work in standard and clean room environments, adhering to PPE requirements</li><li>Safely operate both manual and automated filling equipment</li><li>Complete Thermo Fisher Scientific training requirements on time and align with all ISO and regulatory standards</li><li>Interact with internal personnel to ensure smooth operations and customer happiness</li><li>Recognize and address deviations from accepted practices</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy is essential to prevent non-conforming products</li><li>Maintain strong attendance and punctuality</li><li>Participate in one-on-one training until proficient</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed</li></ul><p><br /><br />Education<br />High school diploma or equivalent required.<br /><br />Experience:<br />Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field<br />Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment<br /><br />Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</p><ul><li>Experience in a life sciences manufacturing environment is a plus</li><li>Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and schedules independently</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Operate semi-automated and manual filling equipment</li><li>Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment</li></ul><p><br /><br />Physical Requirements / Work Environment<br />1. Ability to lift/move objects: 10lbs regularly, 25lbs frequently, 50lbs occasionally</p><p>2.
