With revenues of more than $40 billion and the largest investment in R&amp;D in the industry, we give our people the resources and opportunities to make significant contributions to the world.</p><p></p><h2>A Day in the Life:</h2><ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure flawless execution of production schedules and adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine manufacturing priorities and successfully implement production plans.</li><li>Maintain a quality system by following SOP&#39;s and work instructions and updating as needed.</li><li>Promote Practical Process Improvement (PPI) to achieve cost savings goals.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.</li><li>Supervise production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the manufacturing area.</li><li>Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and competencies.</li><li>Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain the staffing plan and develop a highly productive and efficient team.</li><li>May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Keys to Success:</b></h2><h2><b>Education:</b></h2><ul><li><b>Minimum Required Education</b>: HS Diploma/ GED</li><li>Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or business field</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Experience:</b></h2><ul><li><b>Required: </b> 4&#43; years experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li><b>Required</b>: Minimum 2&#43; years of people <span>management/leadership</span> experience.</li><li><b>Preferred</b>: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</b></h2><ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to support daily operations is required.</li><li>Proven leadership skills and the ability to empower and inspire a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to apply problem-solving methodology to understand root causes and implement solutions.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Benefits</b>:</h2><p>We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
