Working hours are 7am - 7pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.</b></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>Who we want</b></span></p><ul><li><span><b>Performance</b>: Deliver high quality products. </span></li><li><span><b>Team Player</b>: Build positive relationships with others to achieve common goals. </span></li><li><span><b>Reliable</b>: Manage time to effectively get the job done. </span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>A Manufacturing Operator effectively builds the products manufactured by Stryker to the required quality standard</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>What you will do</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Responsible for manufacturing product in accordance with the relevant Stryker manufacturing procedures and relevant quality standards</span></li><li><span>Participation in continuous improvement programmes or team projects to enhance our quality customer service and cost</span></li><li><span>Monitor and verify quality in accordance with workmanship standards and operating procedures</span></li><li><span>Adhere to procedures in relation to production methods, completion of documentation, current Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements</span></li><li><span>Provide cross training to other employees</span></li><li><span>Contribute as part of a team in achieving the line core metrics</span></li><li><span>Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>What you need</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Leaving Certificate, Trade or equivalent education level is required</span></li><li><span>Previous experience in production/ assembly roles is desirable</span></li><li><span>Basic mathematics and good English skills</span></li><li><span>Good communication skills</span></li><li><span>Willingness to work in a team and promote teamwork</span></li><li><span>Previous experience in production/ assembly roles is an advantage</span></li><li><span>The employee may be required to use protective clothing and safety equipment such as safety glasses and respirators, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>* Please note this is initially a 12 month fixed term contract based in our Model Farm Road location</b></span></p><p><span>#IJ</span></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
