Work Flexibility: Onsite<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><b>Please note this role is for the evening shift Monday - Thursday</b></div><div></div><div></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Who we want</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Performance</b>: Deliver high quality products. </p></li><li><p><b>Team Player</b>: Build positive relationships with others to achieve common goals. </p></li><li><p><b>Reliable</b>: Manage time to effectively get the job done. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>A Manufacturing Operator effectively builds the products manufactured by Stryker to the required quality standard</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for manufacturing product in accordance with the relevant Stryker manufacturing procedures and relevant quality standards</p></li><li><p>Participation in continuous improvement programmes or team projects to enhance our quality customer service and cost</p></li><li><p>Monitor and verify quality in accordance with workmanship standards and operating procedures</p></li><li><p>Adhere to procedures in relation to production methods, completion of documentation, current Good Manufacturing Practices and safety requirements</p></li><li><p>Provide cross training to other employees</p></li><li><p>Contribute as part of a team in achieving the line core metrics</p></li><li><p>Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need</b></p><ul><li><p>Leaving Certificate, Trade or equivalent education level is required</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in production/ assembly roles is desirable</p></li><li><p>Basic mathematics and good English skills</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work in a team and promote teamwork</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in production/ assembly roles is an advantage</p></li><li><p>The employee may be required to use protective clothing and safety equipment such as safety glasses and respirators, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>* Please note this is initially a 12 month fixed term contract based in our Model Farm Road location</b></p><p>#IJ</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
