Each rotation will immerse you in real-world challenges, giving you hands-on experience and the chance to lead meaningful projects.<br />You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply lean and analytical thinking, and present your ideas to senior leaders. Along the way, you’ll build the skills, confidence and perspective needed to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></p><p>Success in this programme means being curious, adaptable and ready to lead.
