This role plays a key part in achieving production goals by maintaining high-quality output, troubleshooting equipment and processes, and driving continuous improvement while mentoring junior technicians.</span></p><p><span>You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and support new product and process development</span><b>.</b></p><p></p><p></p><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Support engineering projects and production activities, including process development and implementation.</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and throughput.</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operations.</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Assist with process validation activities for tooling and equipment used in production.</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Train and mentor assemblers and junior technicians on procedures, equipment use, and best practices.</span></div><div><span><span>•</span></span><span>Maintain accurate documentation, including build records, technical drawings, and manufacturing process updates.</span></div><div></div><p></p><p><b><span>What you need</span></b>:</p><ul><li><span><span>Technician in mechanics, electronics, electrical.</span></span></li><li><span><span>5 years of e</span></span><span>xperience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated or high-volume production environment.</span></li><li><span>Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and process support.</span></li><li><span>Intermediate English preferred.</span></li></ul><p></p><div></div></div><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
