If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><b>Job summary:</b></p><p><i>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b><u>Manufacturing Engineer </u></b>located in <b><u>Aguascalientes</u></b> </i></p><p><i>The <b>Manufacturing Engineer </b>role involves covering Engineering requirements to prepare the Manufacturing process instruction, Flow Chart, Lay Out, identifying the BOM Make/Buy required to build the product and work with customer on the quality requirements to meet customer expectations.</i></p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><i>Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.</i></li><li><i>Design’s manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. </i></li><li><i>Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. </i></li><li><i>Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods. </i></li><li><i>Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request. </i></li><li><i>Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. </i></li><li><i>Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><i>Intermediate English </i></li><li><i>Typically requires a bachelor´s or engineering degree.</i></li><li><i>Use of the following tools may be required: CAD, Robot and PLC programming and other automation components.</i></li><li><i>Testing: Oscilloscope, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer.
