If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p></p><div><div>Job Description</div></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b>Manufacturing Engineer</b> located in <b>Juarez Norte.</b></p><p>Reporting to the <b>Engineering Services Manager </b>the <b>Manufacturing Engineer’s</b> role involves:</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.</p></li><li><p>Design’s manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.</p></li><li><p>Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.</p></li><li><p>Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request.</p></li><li><p>Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.</p></li><li><p>Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.</p></li><li><p>Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>Engineering studies Bachelors Degree.</p></li><li><p>Experience in process engineering wiring</p></li><li><p>IATF certification</p></li><li><p>Intermediate English</p></li><li><p>Experience with automotive wiring harnesses</p></li><li><p>E<b>xperience in final line assembly processes (subassembly, assembly, Taping, final flow, etc.)</b></p></li><li><p>R<b>eading of drawings and cut sheets</b></p></li><li><p><b>Workload Balancing.</b></p></li><li><p>Process flows (layout) 5.
