If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p></p><p><b><span>Job summary:</span></b></p><p><i>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b><u>Manufacturing Engineer</u></b> located in <b><u>Aguascalientes.</u></b></i></p><p><i>The Manufacturing Engineer role involves</i> <i>plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.</i></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques</i></li><li><i>Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.</i></li><li><i>Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.</i></li><li><i>Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills.</i></li><li><i>Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans</i></li><li><i>May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products</i></li><li><i>May participate in control plan development</i></li><li><i>Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures)</i></li><li><i> Examines and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.</i></li><li><i>Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.</i></li><li><i>Coordinates with customers to identify product specifications and design changes and responds to customer requests.</i></li><li><i>Provides information for management recommendations from a technical and technical cost perspective.</i></li><li><i>Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.</i></li><li><i>Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.</i></li></ul><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>Bachelor´s or Industrial / Mechanical , Electrical Engineering Degree</i></li><li><i>Intermediate English</i></li><li><i>Tools Knowledge: AutoCAD, Solid Works, Macros </i></li><li><i>Standar Time, OBC operator balance chart, Tkt.</i></li><li><i>Microsoft Office skills.
