We are redefining how patients are evaluated and managed for conditions that affect brain and sleep physiology—bringing clinical-grade insights directly to the home.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Beacon Dx is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Manufacturing Technician to support the repair, assembly, and fulfillment of SleepView devices and accessory kits. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence for both SleepView Direct (SVD) and commercial customers. You’ll troubleshoot and repair devices, manage inventory, assemble patient kits and accessories, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This position will be located in Cleveland, Ohio.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What success looks like:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Receive and log returned equipment from  customers into the Repair log.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Troubleshoot devices to identify minor or major discrepancies and complete repairs following Product Test Protocols.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Test repaired devices and complete inspection records per internal procedures before redeployment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Meet target repair turnaround times.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assemble and kit accessories and patient study kits, including ReadyRIP belts, nasal cannulas, batteries, thermistors, and other optional accessories.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Fulfill incoming orders.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support packaging, labeling, and inventory management per internal SOPs.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate records of repair metrics and support the documentation of tools, equipment, and repair processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support day-to-day operations of the Cleveland Manufacturing team, ensuring sufficient repair supplies and inventory levels.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Other duties as assigned.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What you will bring:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prior experience in electronics repair, device assembly, or technical manufacturing (preferred but not required).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in repairs, testing, and inventory management.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality assurance practices (preferred).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn proprietary software systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Commitment to teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining a high standard of operational and patient care quality.</span></li> </ul> <div> <div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong data-start="323" data-end="339">Compensation:</strong> $25 per hour (set rate)</span></div> </div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">At Beacon, we've found that cultural and scientific impact is driven most by those that lead by example.
