We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.<div><div>Job Description </div><div>This position is responsible to study tender, prepare tender compliance, prepare/arrange bid documents, collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive entire tender process from start till bid submission. </div><div>The individual will closely work with Customer, Commercial team, Product management, legal, other regulatory / trade compliance & support functions for timely & compliant execution of the entire tender process. </div><div>The position requires multitasking, prioritizing, maintaining records, preparing / presenting tender analytics, working on tender process improvement & contributing towards growth of the tender business. </div><div>Responsibilities</div><div><ul><li>Take ownership of tender process & drive the process from start to end. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Responsible for supporting the commercial teams in tender submission and achieving tender revenue target from both online and offline enquiries. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Submission of detailed, costed and persuasive tender proposal to gain business contract/projects. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Administration of tender requirement and contract pricing in collaboration with the commercial team. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholder. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Vet through incoming tenders and keep track of tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Act as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders for tender queries and contract issues. Maintain archives of tender documents and records. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Raise potential risks and issues in relation to the tender process as necessary. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Track, download and upload documentation and work within customer specific portals. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>GEM Data regular analysis with product segment wise and win and loss ratio analytics. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>GEM business plan for increase in market share and analytics </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure tracking of opportunities and live tenders to report and improve win rates. </li><li>Facilitate completion of all the tender documentation in a timely manner, proactively secure & maintain database of the documentation regularly required for submission. </li><li>Coordinate activities between all functions throughout the duration of the tender process. </li><li>Establish standard process and maintain a database / library of Tender/RFP responses to questions focused on the company capabilities. Making connections with functions across the business & continually improve the content. </li><li>Co-ordinate the Tender Implementation plan for awarded tenders to secure orders and to drive customer satisfaction. </li><li>Bring forward ideas and solutions for continuous improvement, lead process improvement projects. </li><li>Build partnerships with key stakeholders and provide front line support for business. </li><li>Request from various groups, working independently or with functional analysts, to create reports, data sets and mechanisms to provide visibility to business data. </li><li>Creates, refines, and deletes work items in the team backlog to keep it organized, relevant and progressively elaborated just in time. </li><li>Works with Product Management, customers, and stakeholders to ensure their wants and needs are backed into the backlog in succinct and plain language. </li><li>Document business requirements and business process flows. </li><li>Coordinate with SFDC/CRM team for correct reflection of tender business. </li><li>Develop system reports using SQL and business model. </li><li>Provide floor support to internal and external customer with closure centric approach. </li></ul><ul><li><div>Candidate Requirement Education & Experience levels: Science Graduate with more than 10 years’ experience in a similar field. </div><div>Nature of experience: Tender preparation and start to end tender process management. </div><div>   </div><div>Skills: Tender preparation, tender management, knowledge of GeM (Government E marketplace) process, process definition, process improvement, proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power point, experience of SAP /SFDC/other CRM tool will be an added advantage, good communication and presentation skills.
