Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are looking to hire a <b>Technical Services Manager</b> to provide strategic leadership and ensure operational excellence for field service and repair center teams across KSA.<br /><br /><b><u>What you will do:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Provide strategic & commercial leadership</p></li><li><p>Own and lead commercial and operational service strategy across the region.</p></li><li><p>Drive ProCare services contract growth through collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure service offerings are positioned, marketed, and priced effectively across regions.</p></li><li><p>Represent the ProCare business within regional steering committees and leadership teams.</p></li><li><p>Champion a customer-centric culture that delivers memorable service experiences and increases loyalty and sales.</p></li><li><p>Partner with internal departments including Customer Care, Distribution, HR, RAQA, and Finance to support seamless service delivery.</p></li><li><p>Align and collaborate with US ProCare and other EMEA Service teams to leverage best practices and unify global service strategies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistent messaging and execution of service programs aligned with corporate objectives.</p></li><li><p>Use data-driven decision-making to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Monitor performance metrics (KPOs and KPIs) to track regional service outcomes and identify areas for growth and optimization.</p></li><li><p>Provide direct leadership, coaching, and support to regional service managers and high-potential team members.</p></li><li><p>Own all aspects of talent management including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, and career development.</p></li><li><p>Foster an accountable, high-performing team culture that reflects Stryker’s values and expectations.</p></li><li><p>Manage regional service financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.</p></li><li><p>Identify cost-control and revenue-generating opportunities aligned with fiscal objectives.</p></li></ul><p><br /><u><b>What you need:</b></u><br /><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in technical service, operations, or engineering.</p></li><li><p>At least 5 years of people management experience, preferably in a matrixed, global organization.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in driving service contract growth and managing complex business relationships.</p></li><li><p>Strong financial acumen, including managing budgets and P&L statements.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English and Arabic.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time within the region.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in varied environments, including repair centers, hospitals, and corporate offices.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to manage time, stress, and complex cross-functional interactions effectively.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li><p>MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or management.</p></li><li><p>Experience of transitioning from an indirect to direct model</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
