<h1></h1><h1><b>Job Summary</b></h1><p></p>The Manager, Strategy Execution will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Head of business unit Pharma. This unique role offers the opportunity to gain deep insights into strategic and operational priorities across a global Pharma business unit through hands-on shadowing of business Leaders. In addition to traditional executive assistant responsibilities, this position will act as a business partner – learning the organization by attending key meetings, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and supporting project execution. The Strategy Execution Manager plays a key role in enabling and coordinating strategic initiatives, executive-level communications, and critical cross-functional projects.<br><br>*This position requires working onsite 3 days per week at one of our Chicagoland sites: either Melrose Park, IL, or Lake Zurich, IL.<br><br>• Salary Range: $100,000-120,000.<br>• Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary.<br>• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.<br>• Our benefits and programs are comprehensive and thoughtfully crafted to ensure our colleagues live healthy lives and have support when it matters most. Benefits offered include a 401(k) plan with company contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, employee assistance program, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.<h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Responsibilities</b></h1><h1></h1><ul><li>Develop high-quality presentations support leadership communication and decision-making.</li><li>Proactively manage and monitor critical initiatives, projects and tasks across Portfolio and R&amp;D, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment within Pharma.</li><li>Provide hands-on support for daily business operations, including research, short-term analyses and project coordination.</li><li>Deliver targeted support for priority projects, ensuring measurable progress, and alignment leadership goals.</li><li>Serve as a central point of contact to promote effective collaboration across departments, regions and teams regions, and teams.</li><li>Manage key analytics to generate insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations.</li><li>Lead the development of essential management reports, including preparation for R&amp;D and Portfolio business reviews.</li><li>Assist in the development and execution of the annual strategy plan preparation for the Pharma business unit.</li><li>Organize and facilitate leadership team meetings, including setting agendas documenting discussions, and tracking action items to completion items.</li><li>Attend local, national, and global meetings as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>5&#43; years’ related experience (preferably in management consulting or in transformation programs in a B2B industry).</li><li>Previous project management experience required.
