<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Statistical Programming, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to develop innovative solutions that bridge the gap between biology and technology. As a Manager of Statistical Programming, you will be responsible for statistical analysis and programming activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data-driven insights that drive our research and development efforts.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This role will require a minimum of 3 days a week of onsite presence (or more as business needs require) in our New Jersey office to ensure effective management, operational excellence and high-performance delivery of clinical studies and to support the expected significant team growth &amp; collaboration.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">About You</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You possess significant experience in statistical programming within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, proficiency in programming languages commonly used in statistical analysis (e.g., SAS, R, Python), and strong leadership and team management skills. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, as well as knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) and industry standards for statistical programming. You have demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">What You’ll Do</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Statistical Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement statistical analyses and programming solutions for research studies, clinical trials, and experimental data.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Data Integrity: Ensure the quality and integrity of data by implementing rigorous data review processes and adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Programming: Oversee and review programming activities, including the creation and validation of analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures for regulatory submissions and internal decision-making.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Process Improvement: Continuously improve and streamline statistical programming processes, methodologies, and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Quality Assurance: Perform quality control and validation checks to maintain the accuracy and consistency of statistical outputs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatistics, clinical operations, data management, and research teams, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of statistical programming deliverables.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies related to statistical programming activities.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Qualifications </span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Post Graduate degree with 4+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related discipline).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Significant experience in statistical programming within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in statistical analysis (e.g., SAS, R, Python).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">SQL programming experience required.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong leadership and team management skills.</span></li>
