Manager / Sr Manager Innovation & Strategy

<p>We are currently seeking an individual to serve as the Manager / Senior Manager Innovation & Strategy. This individual will be a core member of the Strategy and Innovation team working across PureTech’s pipeline assets with key responsibilities including (but not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Conducting strategic analyses for pipeline agents, including market opportunity assessments</li> <ul> <li>Primary market research with various stakeholders.</li> <li>Extensive secondary/literature research</li> </ul> <li>Undertaking financial analysis and creating forecasts for potential opportunities, both internally generated and externally sourced.</li> <li>Undertaking competitive intelligence efforts across PureTech’s pipeline.</li> <li>Supporting corporate strategy projects, including creating materials for BOD meetings.</li> <li>Creating compelling presentations to support communications to key internal and external stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requisite experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience either in a biotech/pharma strategy role, or in a consultancy, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking firm with a focus on life sciences/healthcare.</li> <li>A high-level understanding of the drug development process.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of conducting market research and market projections.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver powerful written and verbal communications to a broad range of stakeholders.</li> <li>Problem solving skills with the ability to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives and then select the optimal decision.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial and self-motivated work style.</li> <li>Ability to work a hybrid in-office schedule.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.  <span data-teams="true">In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for bonus and equity compensation.</span></p></div><div class="title">Base Pay Information</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$140,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$160,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
