<p style="text-align:left"><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard (Mon-Fri)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Office<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>How Will You Make an Impact</b></h2><p>Seeking a strategic technical leader with expertise in process innovation, product development, AI integration, and platform engineering.</p><p>This position encompasses more than just engineering; it demands systems thinking, technical proficiency, and the capacity to lead implementation teams while crafting vision and adoption strategy.</p><h2></h2><h2><b>Roles & Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>Hands-on management of a team of highly skilled software developers, testers and domain experts-ensuring excellent execution of Agile/SCRUM processes and repeatable, predictable, and high-quality delivery of software solutions.</li><li>Provide leadership, mentoring, resource planning, and drive the successful growth of the team.</li><li>Participate in and be responsible for the build and development of new software and/or extensive software revisions.</li><li>Work with the product owner to define technical requirements and priorities then create user stories, designs, and development tasks to be delegated to the team.</li><li>Identify areas to collaborate on across the different domains in order to drive consistency, technology and process sharing, as well as code re-use.</li><li>Represent the team in cross-organizational development forums as well as customer requirements gathering and software validation and training sessions.</li><li>Rely on extensive experience and judgment to understand sophisticated problems and resolve them efficiently, Use prior knowledge and experience to provide functional and technical support and leadership to colleagues.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Candidate Requirement: Education & Experience levels:</b></h2><p>Bachelors of Engineering in Computer <span>Science/Mechanical/Electrical</span> Engineering or Master degree or equivalent with 10+ years of overall Experience.</p><h2></h2><h2><b>Skills Knowledge & Experience:</b></h2><ul><li>10+ years of overall experience or played a Technical leadership role recently.</li><li>Proven track record in designing and building scalable, cost efficient system software and familiarity hardware communication protocols (e.g., RS-232, USB, TCP/IP) for medical instruments.</li><li>6+ years of experience of Design and develop C#/.NET applications to control and connect with instruments and hardware components.</li><li>Has experience to collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering to define software–hardware interfaces.</li><li>Has 2+ years of experience in developing and maintain data acquisition, signal processing, and visualization modules.</li><li>Has 3+ years of proven experience to support instrument calibration, diagnostics, and fixing.</li><li>Anticipates needs and problems while creating solutions. Is willing to ask difficult questions and thinks creatively. Greets challenge and change as opportunity.</li><li>3 + years of experience in building customer centric distributed software.</li><li>2+ years of experience leading a development team in an Agile/SCRUM setting, with proven ability in project/task estimation, delegation, and management.</li><li>2+ years of experience in people management and experience working with geographically distributed teams.</li><li>A highly motivated fast learner who can self-start and “figure out what needs figuring out”. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to optimally document artifacts and processes then explain them to others.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
