Manager, Serialization Systems and Processes

Ferring+You

You will be part of a small team whose mission is to ensure that Ferring's serialisation systems are robust, efficient, and fully aligned with global serialisation regulations.

Your day at Ferring

• Will be highly interactive, consisting of regular and frequent meetings, discussions and exchanges with colleagues in a wide variety of functions and in different geographies, notably in Supply Chain and IT but also with Manufacturing sites, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, and external suppliers.

• You will benefit from a high degree of independence in the management of your activities to reach your objectives and will be expected to act proactively and work with minimal supervision.

• Maintain stringent compliance across all applicable jurisdictions.

• Proactively addressing market regulatory requirements, ensuring they are correctly translated into both internal processes and IT requirements.

• Fostering operational excellence to support Ferring's commitment to quality and integrity in its serialisation processes.

• Ensure our solutions are scalable and flexible enough to evolve in harmony with the regulatory and supply landscapes.

• Drive the implementation and validation of interfaces between Ferring’s SaaS solution, our internal IT systems, and those of our supply chain partners and regulators.

• Support final users and troubleshoot data exchange issues.

• Maintain the operating procedures, work instructions and validation documents up to date.

Behind our innovation... There's you

• 5–8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical serialization, ideally in a global environment.

• Experience operating at an L4–L5 level, with strong autonomy and ownership of complex topics.

• Solid understanding of global serialization regulations (e.g., EU FMD, US DSCSA).

• Hands-on experience with serialization systems and packaging operations in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience working with ERP systems and system integrations within supply chain environments.

• Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments and system validation practices.

• Fluent English required;
