You will lead complex analyses, support strategic and operational decision-making, and act as a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders across R&D and enterprise functions. You will also manage and develop a team of Business Analysis professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability growth.</span></p><p></p><h2><span>Job Responsibilities</span></h2><p><span>- Lead complex financial, operational, and business analyses supporting R&D and enterprise decisions<br />- Develop business cases, scenarios, and recommendations to support planning and investment decisions<br />- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches<br />- Partner with stakeholders to align assumptions, priorities, and insights<br />- Deliver clear, leadership-ready insights and presentations<br />- Manage and develop Business Analysis team members, including goal setting, coaching, performance feedback, and development planning<br />- Set priorities, review work quality, and ensure timely delivery across assigned workstreams<br />- Support improvement and standardization of analytical tools, templates, and processes</span></p><p></p><h2><span>What we expect of you</span></h2><p><span>The Specialist is an experienced analytical leader who operates independently, handles complex and ambiguous problems, and influences decisions through insight, expertise, and effective people leadership.</span></p><p></p><h2><span>Basic Qualifications</span></h2><p><span>- Doctorate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR<br />- Master’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience OR<br />- Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience OR<br />- Diploma and 10–12 years of relevant experience<br />- Prior experience managing or leading others<br />- Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical modeling<br />- Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools</span></p><p></p><h2><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></h2><p><span>- Experience supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, or investment decisions<br />- Experience managing analysts or small teams in a matrixed environment<br />- Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics platforms<br />- Experience working in R&D, operations, or regulated environments<br />- Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights</span></p><p></p><h2><span>Soft Skills</span></h2><p><span><span>- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills</span><br /><span>- Executive-level communication and influencing skills</span><br /><span>- People leadership, coaching, and development capability</span><br /><span>- High integrity and accountability</span><br /><span>- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity</span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>.
