You will work closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen our market leadership and bring meaningful solutions to patients. </p><p></p><p>This role can be based in the UK or in Northern Europe (i.e., Benelux &amp; Nordics) – and it is an exciting opportunity to join <b>one of the world&#39;s leading medical technology organizations in our mission of making healthcare better</b>!</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li><p>In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Lead and motivate a team of Product Marketeers (currently 4 direct reports): you will coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential – promoting an environment that fosters personal growth and development.</p></li><li><p>Enable your team to deliver high quality results with passion, energy and drive to meet business priorities.</p></li><li><p>In collaboration with the Brand Marketing team and other stakeholders and, in alignment with Global/European guidelines, you will lead the development and execution of the annual and long-term marketing strategy for Trauma UK &amp; Northern Europe – to achieve required growth, profit and market share targets.</p></li><li><p>Translate marketing vision into action by guiding the team to break down and execute strategic plans. You will coach/guide your team to employ appropriate segmentation, targeting and positioning methods.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Country Leadership and Sales teams to define priorities, support commercial execution and strengthen customer engagement.</p></li><li><p>Drive market analysis, competitive insights, key differentiators, launches and lifecycle management for the Trauma portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Establish/refine metrics to determine if marketing objectives have been effective in driving customer engagement. Budgetary management of marketing activities, understanding of P&amp;L: develop a deep understanding of the financial performance of the Trauma business in the region.</p></li><li><p>Set smart pricing strategies, including contract pricing, to support commercial success.</p></li><li><p>Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, institutions, key customers, etc. generating strategic insights and deep understanding of customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities and influence cross-regionally and cross-divisionally to drive growth and deliver enhanced customer value for our business.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need:</b></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree is required.</p></li><li><p>8&#43; years of work experience is required, of which a significant portion is in fields such as international Marketing, Product/Brand Management, Sales etc. within industries such as MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related.</p></li><li><p>Experience in managing <b><u>or</u></b> coaching/mentoring teams is <b>required</b> (2&#43; years is preferred).</p></li><li><p>Ability to accurately and effectively lead/manage (marketing) projects to ensure timely outcomes, business performance and growth.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills – with fluency in spoken and written <b>English</b>.</p></li><li><p>You are a sophisticated collaborator and networker capable of leveraging these strengths and relationships effectively within a matrixed organization.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to relate to stakeholders and customers from different markets and cultures.</p></li><li><p>Strong strategic-thinking, adaptability, analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.</p></li><li><p>Impeccable work ethics &amp; integrity in managing confidential information.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint).</p></li><li><p>You have a valid <b>driver’s license</b> and you are flexible to travel in the region as this position involves sales support and customer interaction.
