Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Process Optimization (40%)

  • Serves as the primary escalation point for complex scheduling conflicts and regulatory compliance concerns, working closely with field leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Develops and optimizes scheduling processes, leveraging data-driven insights to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Leads cross-functional improvement initiatives focused on enhancing tools, workflows, and service delivery models.
  • Partners with stakeholders to establish key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement efforts to further innovate the organization’s approach and improve ease of use for customers.

Planned Activity Coordination & Execution (50%)

  • Manages all PMs and MODs with a focus on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drives proactive scheduling strategies, ensuring all contractual and regulatory deadlines are met with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Oversees execution milestones, ensuring timely completion and managing escalations as necessary.
  • Works with customers and internal teams to optimize scheduling windows and resource availability.
  • Leads the development of reporting and analytics to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive informed decision-making.

Team & Stakeholder Engagement (10%)

  • Facilitates regular alignment meetings with field service teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution of planned activities.
  • Communicates organizational priorities and provides leadership in managing shifting demands and customer needs.
  • Serves as a mentor and subject matter expert (SME) for junior team members, supporting their growth and development.
  • Collaborates with leadership on workforce planning, ensuring sufficient capacity for both planned and reactive work.

Required skills to have for success in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 5+ years of experience in service operations, scheduling, or related fields, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements, drive efficiency, and implement best practices.
  • Experience working with field service teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume scheduling in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with SAP, scheduling tools, and service management platforms is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is:

$99,930 - $137,401

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
