What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll work within a collaborative, senior-led epidemiology team, which means you'll be supported and mentored but you'll also be genuinely trusted with meaningful work from day one:

• Own your deliverables - You'll be accountable for executing assigned epidemiology study components, from literature reviews and data source assessments to contributing directly to study protocols, analysis plans, and regulatory documents. Your fingerprints will be on science that matters.
• Contribute to regulatory-grade science - You'll draft sections of safety study protocols and study reports, risk management plans, aggregate safety reports,  learning firsthand how rigorous, audit-ready science is built. You Might Be Exactly Who We're Looking For If…

You have a scientific or biomedical degree - whether that's a BS, MPH, PharmD, RN, MD, PhD or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience (yes, that can include hands-on work from your training).

BMS's Patient Safety Epidemiology team designs and conducts scientifically rigorous, observational research, assessing adverse events, studying disease natural history, evaluating background rates, and contextualising safety signals across both approved and pipeline products. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.
