<p style="text-align:inherit"> </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Conduct innovation projects to achieve assigned target.</li><li>As OE BP, supporting assigned department for continuous improvement, include innovation projects. Support trouble shooting.</li><li>Explore innovation opportunities together with corresponding department.</li><li>Maintain the OE system together with peers OE BP.</li><li>Plan and conduct OE related training, include improve problem solving capabilities, white belt, orange belt, yellow belt together with OE peers; mentor and coach belt’s projects and Kaizen etc.</li><li>As OE BP, monitoring and supporting assigned department for executing OE in their areas, include troubleshooting, VSM, Gemba walk, structured meeting, support related department to use systematic tool for problem solving. etc.</li><li>Promote best practices sharing among functions, include polishing the report for global awards application as BP.</li><li>Keep close attention to daily operation to identify any potential improvement opportunities, and facilitate corresponding improvements.</li><li>Support to apply Fabriq for tier meeting as BP.</li><li>Perform other systematic improvement per required by site leadership.</li></ul><p> <br />Qualifications:</p><ul><li>At least 10 years working experiences in manufacturing industry. Chemical related industry are preferred</li><li>OE: Black belt. Rich hands on experiences in improvement projects. In person finished at least 2 black belt projects in the past. Familiar with VSM, DOE.</li><li>Advanced skill and experiences to conduct projects.</li><li>Advanced skill and experiences for coaching other people to conduct projects.</li><li>Good command of English, especially oral English.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Good data processing skills, such as Macro for Excel.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>
