In this role, you will play a key strategic role in shaping and driving the future of Sanofi CX by exemplifying thought leadership, providing mentorship, and managing talented teams of product designers.</p><p></p><p>This position requires a blend of product vision, organizational leadership, and a high bar for craft. You will drive collaboration, transparency, and clarity between multiple teams and functions while cultivating a culture of user-centric design. Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship </span></p><p><span>across a multi-disciplinary organization of interaction designers, visual designers, </span></p><p><span>prototypers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate success of direct reports in meeting their (and their team&#39;s) goals by supporting them in </span></p><p><span>turning their strengths into higher performance, and by helping them grow where needed.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Design strategy and vision setting</b></p><ul><li><p>Drive design innovation and engage team in emerging UX trends. <span> </span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead all phases of UX </span></p><p><span>design work: distilling research, design ideation, prototyping, final spec design, and </span></p><p><span>implementation.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Operational excellence</b></p><ul><li><p>Champion human-centered design and mature our lean UX practices across our team and at our delivery hubs</p></li><li><p><span>Integrate design within the Consumer Experience and digital development process and be an </span></p><p><span>advocate for design within Digital, partner organizations and stakeholder groups.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Make tough calls around priorities and stand for quality when products are not ready to ship.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive design strategy, operational and execution excellence, while leading creative and holistic </span></p><p><span>thinking at scale across diverse product releases, platforms and devices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead, evangelize and share best practices </span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive and document design standards, specifications, and patterns across products systemically</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with cross-team on process improvements and tool implementation to support those </span></p><p><span>processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep well in touch with all areas of project management, to ensure that your team is on schedule </span></p><p><span>and succeeding from a design standpoint - detailed project planning, budgeting, and team capacity </span></p><p><span>planning in collaboration with cross-functional groups</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure approved projects remain within approved budgets through proper allocation of your staff </span></p><p><span>and use of contract help when required</span></p><p></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field.
