DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Systems & Data Manager (Integrated Data), located in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA or Raritan, NJ.

Job Overview

The Manager, LMS & Learning Platforms plays a critical role in shaping the future of learning technology across the global Orthopedics organization. This position will assess the current learning technology landscape, identify opportunities to standardize and optimize systems, and help define the strategy, requirements, and future-state platforms that support commercial and professional education globally. The role will partner closely with global and regional education teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity while building a scalable, modern learning technology ecosystem for the future.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assess and inventory current LMS, learning platforms, and education technology systems across global Orthopedics and identify opportunities for standardization and consolidation.

• Partner with global and regional education teams to understand current and future business and user needs and translate them into prioritized technology requirements.

• Support the development of a global learning technology strategy, including Day 1 continuity and longer-term future-state planning.

• Establish global standards, governance, and best practices for learning technology while balancing global consistency with regional and business needs.

• Lead cross-functional requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to inform future platform decisions.

• Support the LMS/LXP RFP and platform selection process, including vendor evaluation, demonstrations, scoring, recommendations, and business case development.

• Partner with IT and implementation teams to develop the roadmap, governance, and change management approach for global platform implementation and adoption.

• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and identify opportunities to improve learner experience, scalability, efficiency, and business impact.

• Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness, user experience, and overall success of the learning technology ecosystem.

• Build strong relationships across global education teams and influence stakeholders to align around enterprise strategies, standards, and priorities.

 

Qualifications 

Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field required 
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred 

Experience and Skills: 

Required: 
• Experience leading data, systems, or technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment 
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, systems integration, and database management 
• Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance standards 
• Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions 
• Experience working across multiple platforms and integrating hardware, software, and network systems 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address system compatibility and performance challenges 
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills 

Preferred: 
• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries 
• Familiarity with data warehousing, advanced analytics, and business intelligence tools 
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern data architecture frameworks 
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing teams 
• Experience driving digital transformation or large-scale data initiatives 
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and enterprise security frameworks 
• Certifications in data management, cloud technology, or project management

• Travel: Up to 10–20% (domestic and international)

• Language: English required

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, learning technology, or related fields preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
