This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to optimize commercial operations and field processes, enhance performance, and support the seamless execution of commercial and marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for supporting daily operational workflows, enabling field teams through tools, training, and resources, and ensuring consistent, efficient execution across the organization. Ultimately, this position will help ensure that field sales and commercial operations are streamlined, scalable, and capable of delivering measurable results aligned to overall commercial
