Abbott is hiring for a Manager, Ethics and Compliance. Abbott’s Compliance Training team is responsible for Abbott’s worldwide compliance training strategies, including through its compliance learning training system (LERN).

Job Description
Primary responsibilities will be to:
Support Abbott’s Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) compliance training strategy and global implementation.
Design, develop, review, and evaluate training courses, including e-learning.
Work with Abbott’s leadership, subject matter experts and stakeholders across OEC, legal and Abbott’s businesses to identify global training needs and recommend learning content and enhancements.
Deliver training as needed. Available for travelling as needed.
Work in partnership with third party instructional designers in developing learning assets.
Support implementation of courses, including via enterprise LMS.
Research and analyze trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
Competencies: Action oriented, communicates effectively, excellent time management and ability to manage complex issues and multiple stakeholders. Ability to work independently while making independent informed decisions and prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a constantly evolving workload. High degree of knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Solutions Suite.
Work Experience: Prior experience with training and/or compliance preferred; relevant industry such as health care (5+ years of work experience recommended).
Education: Bachelor’s degree; preferably in fields relevant to training or legal compliance.
Position accountability/Scope: Works under supervision of, and reports directly to, Compliance Training Director. Interacts with Abbott personnel around the world at all levels.

The base pay for this position is
$99,300.00 – $198,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
