<p><b>Role Summary</b></p><ul><li>The Manager, Digital Content Innovation elevates digital content quality, accelerates end-to-end production, and governs medical rigor alongside creative user experience for publishing on the HCP portal. The role liaises across Marketing, Medical, Data Analytics, and external medical editors to align content scope and govern content generation processes, delivering compliant, insight-led, and impactful content for HCP audiences.</li><li>Must have extensive experience and expertise in 1–2 therapeutic areas: oncology, CVRM (cardiovascular, renal, metabolism), or respiratory.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Enhance Content Quality: </b>Define quality standards, medical accuracy checks, editorial style, and brand alignment to ensure consistency and credibility.</li><li><b>Accelerate Content Generation: </b>Optimize E2E workflows, templates, and approval paths; leverage AI-assisted authoring, tagging, and reuse to shorten cycle times.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Liaison: </b>Coordinate Marketing, Medical, Data Analytics, and external medical editors to align content scope, timelines, and deliverables under PMO governance.</li><li><b>Compliance and Review: </b>Ensure adherence to medical, regulatory, and privacy requirements across the content lifecycle and channels.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Enablement:</b> Deliver playbooks, training, and communications; manage expectations and adoption of new processes and tools.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Candidate Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Medical or Pharmaceutical disciplines.</li><li>Extensive experience and expertise in 1–2 areas: oncology, CVRM, or respiratory; able to translate clinical evidence and guidelines into HCP-relevant content and UX.</li><li>8&#43; years experience in both a medical media platform or internet company and in the Marketing or Medical department of a pharma MNC; both are required.</li><li>Proven success launching end-to-end, large-scale digital communication campaigns enabling new pharma product launches.</li><li>Familiar with HCP content consumption behaviors, preferences, and channel nuances; able to convert insights into content and UX strategy.</li><li>Familiar with pharma brand strategy development, positioning, messaging, and content architecture across the product lifecycle.</li><li>Familiar with clinical case content format and key success factors (medical accuracy, ethical compliance, educational value, contextual presentation, reusable components).</li><li>Able to use English in daily work for cross-functional communication</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Workflow design, editorial governance, CMS/DAM, taxonomy/metadata, and content lifecycle management.</li><li>HCP UX and Accessibility: Component-based design, information architecture, readability, mobile-first, and accessibility standards.</li><li>PMO and Project Management: Milestones, RACI, risk/issue management, change management, and performance reporting.</li><li>Analytics Literacy: Define and interpret content KPIs; apply insights to optimization and personalization.</li><li>Compliance Mindset: Knowledge of medical/regulatory review, claims/substantiation, privacy and consent in digital channels.</li><li>Communication and Vendor Management: Clear cross-functional communication, vendor selection and performance management.</li><li>Communication and presentation skills with boardroom presence</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Date Posted</b></p>28-1月-2026<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Closing Date</b></p>30-3月-2026<p></p><p></p><p>AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.  We are committed to building an inclusive and diverse team representing all backgrounds, with as wide a range of perspectives as possible, and harnessing industry-leading skills.  We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.  We welcome and consider applications to join our team from all qualified candidates, regardless of their characteristics.  We comply with all applicable laws and regulations on non-discrimination in employment (and recruitment), as well as work authorization and employment eligibility verification requirements.</p>
