The Opportunity
Join our team as an Information Technology Leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s technology strategy. In this role, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of IT systems—from planning and development to operations and continuous improvement. This is a high‑impact opportunity to modernize technology capabilities and guide the future of digital efficiency across the company.
What You’ll Work On
- Lead the planning, development, and direction of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee investigations, feasibility studies, and assessments of new and existing systems.
- Guide the selection, installation, and utilization of hardware, software, and related tools.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and programming techniques relevant to the organization.
- Provide training and support for management on data processing and digital tools.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, technical standards, methodologies, and priorities.
- Develop, manage, and recommend IT budgets.
- Ensure security and integrity of information systems.
- Direct maintenance efforts and quality control processes to optimize system performance.
- Monitor IT operations and implement improvements to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Manage staffing, development, and performance of IT professionals and supporting staff.
- Allocate personnel across IT functions to meet organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in information technology or related fields.
- Proven experience managing IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and data processing techniques.
- Experience developing and implementing IT policies and standards.
- Background in IT security oversight and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience leading IT teams in a complex or multi‑site environment.
- Demonstrated success driving technology modernization initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

The base pay for this position is
$113,300.00 – $226,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
