Responsible for tracking compensation related actions and regular maintenance and upgrades to the excel based tools.</li><li><b>Annual</b> <b>Merit</b> <b>Increase & Incentive calculations:</b> Manage annual merit process including design, implementation of guidelines and governance (Workday), merit reporting, local incentive plan calculations and payroll inputs and other activities as required.
