They are<span> </span></span><span>located</span><span><span> </span>at Abbott&#96;s German headquarters in Wiesbaden and its sites in Hanover, Neustadt am<span> </span></span><span>Rübenberge</span><span>,<span> </span></span><span>Wetzlar</span><span>,<span> </span></span><span>Eschborn</span><span>, Cologne,<span> </span></span><span>Jena</span><span><span> </span>and Hamburg. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><p></p><div><p><b><span>The Opportunity </span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>This position works out of our<span> </span></span></span><span><span>Wiesbaden site, Abbott GmbH</span></span><span><span><span> </span>in the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) division.</span></span></p></div><h1></h1><p><b><u>Primary Job Function</u></b></p><p></p><p>The primary role of this position is supporting the Associate Director Commercial and Strategic Planning in driving and coordinating business planning cycles’ deliverables at international markets level.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Core Job Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li>Coordinate Commercial Reviews across various international markets, providing guidance to regional and country teams while partnering closely with International HQ and Global stakeholders to ensure consistency, transparency, and strategic alignment.</li><li>Drive multiple strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with global and regional expert teams.</li><li>Act as a key liaison between various international markets and Global team, ensuring timely communication, clear action plans, and strong stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Define, evaluate, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to support effective business planning and decision‑making.</li><li>Promote best‑practice sharing across markets to drive standardization and continuous improvement.</li><li>Analyze market performance and commercial assumptions, ensuring their accurate integration into patient‑driven forecasting models and commercial scenario analysis.</li><li>Collaborate cross functional and regional teams to ensure aligned assumptions, clear accountability, and efficient decision‑making.</li><li>Organize and coordinate internal and external project stakeholders, driving timely execution against milestones and ensuring effective communication throughout organization.</li></ul><p></p><h1><u>Qualifications</u></h1><ul><li>University degree required (business, economics, or life sciences preferred); Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>8–12 years of experience in commercial planning, strategic planning, IBP, or management consulting, ideally within pharmaceuticals or medical devices.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to senior and executive‑level leadership.</li><li>Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment and deliver high‑quality outcomes under pressure.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and/or VBA experience is a plus.</li><li>Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage</li></ul><p></p><div><p><span><span>Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that<span> </span></span><span>can help you<span> </span></span><span>build your future</span><span><span> </span>and live your best life</span><span>.
