Key responsibilities include developing sales, supporting marketing, and ensuring quality management.</h2><h2><br />The position will be responsible for establishing a brand new territory for Tec4med. The role requires a very hands-on approach and an end-to-end approach of the sales cycle, incl. lead generation and cold calling.</h2><h2><br />PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):</h2><h2><br />Business Development &amp; Lead Generation</h2><h2><br />• Generate new business and establish strong relationships with clients in the US region<br />• Research asnd identify potential customers in pharma, biotech, animal health, IVF, and<br />healthcare logistics<br />• Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline using CRM tools<br />• Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate meetings<br />• Conduct video meetings to engage prospects and provide demos<br />• Support market research and competitive analysis for the US market<br />• Represent the company at trade shows to increase visibility and generate leads</h2><h2></h2><h2>Sales Support</h2><p></p><h2>• Assist with product demos, presentations, and proposal preparation<br />• Follow up with prospects and manage customer communication<br />• Help prepare quotes, and contracts</h2><h2></h2><h2>Customer &amp; Partner Interaction</h2><h2><br />• Act as a first point of contact for inbound leads<br />• Maintain professional relationships with prospects and early customers<br />• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and leadership teams</h2><h2></h2><h2>Internal Collaboration</h2><h2><br />• Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams<br />• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date</h2><h2></h2><h2>COMPETENCIES &amp; PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:</h2><h2><br />• Strong technical sales and business development experience<br />• Proactive with excellent communication and negotiation skills<br />• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks<br />• Client-focused with the ability to understand customer needs<br />• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable</h2><p></p><h2>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</h2><h2><br />• Master&#39;s or Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Engineering, LifeSciences or Economics<br />• Experience in technical sales and business development practices<br />• Proficiency with CRM tools<br />• Experience in SaaS and preferably IOT or sensor technology<br />• Experience in cold calling and video calling techniques</h2>
