Leveraging our expertise in technology and innovation, we support Pfizer in achieving this ambitious goal.</p><p> </p><p>The Payroll Business Analyst role in Digital &amp; Technology is a Subject Matter Expert role that supports accurate, timely, and compliant global payroll operations across multiple countries and payroll providers. </p><p> </p><p>The role serves as a key operational contact supporting day to day payroll delivery, coordination with Payroll Operations and external providers, issue resolution, audit support, and continuous process improvement initiatives.</p><p> </p><p>The role partners closely with People Experience (PX) teams by region, Payroll Operations, Finance, Tax, Digital &amp; Technology Time &amp; Attendance and Payroll teams and act as a Digital &amp; Technology SME to ensure payroll and time data are processed correctly and efficiently within a global operating model.</p><p> </p><p>In this Manager role, you provide guidance to operational teams, manage projects, and facilitate agreements between different teams.  Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes and services.  Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the domain, you will advance new concepts and methodologies.</p><p></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Provide subject matter expertise and operational leadership</b> for end</span>‑<span style="color:#000000">to</span>‑<span style="color:#000000">end global payroll and Time &amp; Attendance processing across multiple countries, vendors, and payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Lead and support cross</b></span><b>‑</b><span style="color:#000000"><b>functional initiatives and projects</b>, including payroll process improvements, system enhancements, integrations, and testing activities, coordinating with Digital &amp; Technology, Payroll Operations, People Experience, Finance, Tax, and ERP teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Coordinate global payroll operations</b> by managing payroll calendars, pay cycles, data inputs, validations, and operational handoffs across regions and external payroll service providers.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Monitor payroll controls, compliance, and performance metrics</b>, proactively identifying discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities, and driving timely issue resolution.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Partner with Payroll Operations and external vendors</b> to support issue tracking, escalation, root</span>‑<span style="color:#000000">cause analysis, and continuous improvement within an outsourced/shared services model.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Support payroll audits, statutory reporting, and compliance inquiries</b>, collaborating with People Experience, Finance, Tax, and Payroll Operations teams to ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Evaluate and influence payroll and Time &amp; Attendance solutions</b>, contributing to business cases, solution design decisions, and requirement alignment to meet business and customer needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Maintain and enhance payroll and Time &amp; Attendance </b>documentation, training, knowledge sharing, supporting consistent global processes, system utilization, and sustainable operations.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">4 years of hands</span>‑<span style="color:#000000">on payroll operational experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Experience working in outsourced or shared</span>‑<span style="color:#000000">service payroll models.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Basic working knowledge of Time &amp; Attendance processes and payroll integration.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Strong analytical, problem</span>‑<span style="color:#000000">solving, and communication skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet payroll deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Demonstrated experience of various Information Technology practices</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Excellent oral and written communication skills in English</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Experience with global payroll platforms and vendors, e.g. ADP, Dayforce.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Experience with Time &amp;
